Linda M. Hoffman, Esq. Linda Hoffman is a founding Partner of the Law Office of Linda M. Hoffman, P.C. Ms. Hoffman has been selected numerous times as one of Washington D.C.’s  top immigration lawyers. Most recently she was named one of the best immigration lawyers in the Washingtonian Magazine’s Best Lawyers. She has consistently held an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.

With over 25 years of experience, she is a recognized authority on a number of complex areas of Immigration Law including G-4 visas, green card applications for G-4 visa holders and Extraordinary Alien petitions. Ms. Hoffman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Northwestern University, a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law. Her international relations background gives her a unique insight into the cultural backgrounds of her clients. It also gives Ms. Hoffman an expert understanding of many of her clients professional accomplishments which leads to a successful case. Ms. Hoffman has successfully filed extraordinary ability petitions in several disciplines including public policy, public health, economics, finance, sustainability and climate change, agricultural economics, and governance.

Ms. Hoffman is a past President of the D.C. Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a longtime member of AILA and has written several articles on Immigration and Nationality Law. She also frequently lectures on immigration issues at universities, professional conferences and seminars, and for various private, governmental, non-profit institutions and international organizations. She is a admitted to the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars and served as the Vice Chair of the DC Bar’s Committee on Unauthorized Practice.
